  2. A deposit of 50% of the rental amount plus Security Deposit($250.00) and signed lease must be received within 10 days to confirm reservations.
  3. Balance of payment is due 2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival.
  4. If tenant cancels reservations all monies received will be refunded ONLY if premise is re-rented for same reservation period.
  5. NO PETS please.
  6. If you must smoke, please step outside,  Thank you.

Name:____________________________________________ hereinafter referred to as
"Renter". (Home Address:________________________________________________)
agrees to rent 55 Nickerson Road, Eastham, Mass. hereinafter referred to as "premises", 
from 3:00 p.m. Saturday,  ________________________ to 11:00 a.m.
Saturday, _________________________. Said Renter will pay Erik Hedberg hereinafter
referred to as "Lessor" a rental fee of $_________________/week for a total Rent
of $____________________.

 

There will be a $250 Security Deposit required and said deposit will be returned within two weeks of your departure, so long as the premises and appliances are left in a clean and tenantable condition as on arrival.  Such part of said deposit as the Lessor shall deem necessary shall be used for cleaning or repairing the premises and any appliances.
Renter hereby assumes full responsibility for any and all injuries and or damages that may be sustained by Renter or by any other person as a result of, or in connection with the premises or this Rental Agreement, excluding normal wear and tear, and hereby remises, releases and forever discharges the Lessor, his heirs, relatives, assigns, and legal representative, from any and all actions, claims, damages, suits, or judgments resulting from, arising out of, or in any way relating to the premises or this Rental Agreement.  The Lessor shall not be responsible for any personal property which is stolen or damaged due to any reason whatever.
Renter also agrees to indemnify Lessor for any loss, liability, damage, or cost that Lessor may incur, excluding that relating to normal wear and tear, as a result of, or on connection with the premises or this Rental Agreement.

No pets are permitted on the premises.    No smoking in the house.
