This home is located on a quiet, dead end lane with views of Herring Pond.  Fresh water swimming,  canoeing, sail boarding, and fishing on this stocked pond are just steps away to deeded beach with swim dock.  Three large  bedrooms, 2 full baths, and ample living space can accommodate up to eight.  Large yard, outside shower and private setting  ensure a restful vacation.  Bordering bike path offers a 15 minute ride to Coast Guard Beach(10 min. by car).  Also, First Encounter Beach is 10 minutes by car.
